James had extensive business experience before entering the legal profession, having owned and managed highly profitable ventures for over a decade. He has been practicing exclusively in personal injury law since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2000. He continues to apply his business acumen in negotiating with defense attorneys and insurance carriers to obtain the best results for his clients.

James has been both a litigator and manager for some of New York’s notable law firms before joining Lipsig, Shapey, Moverman, Freund & Wisell, PLLC in 2008.
